Meet Lili & Sammie, the softest, fluffiest, sweetest looking house-siblings ever. As I’ve said: you want cute? We got cute! When we shot this, Lili was only about 2 months old. She’s the little peeker around her house-brother, Sammie. Sammie was only a year old at the time, but he acted like the big brother [...] Will ya looka da size a deese? So sweet. So young; 7 weeks. Not even jumping around much. But they didn’t quite know what to make of the photog and all her equipment. We had plenty of help with this shoot. The more subjects…the more assistance needed, unless you opt to pays ya money and [...] This is the gorgeous Leo, a Bengal Cat. Looks wild doesn’t he. Well, he is…sort of. Bengals are a new (since the ’80s) designer breed of domestic cat which they created (are we getting uncomfortable yet?) by breeding a wild Asian Leopard Cat to a domestic cat such as the Abyssinian, American shorthair, Burmese or [...] Meet Dottie, a sweet black and tan Miniature Dachshund. She arrived in our studio with her red, long haired Dachshund house-sister, Scarlet. What a photogenic pair they were. I post Dottie today to illustrate another example of what may happen when you color outside the lines, so to speak. When Terry and I opened Sisters [...] If you’re thinking “…give me land, lots of land under starry skies above…” and Cole Porter…well, then you’re old. |
